Congress CANCELLATION

Update March 13, 2020

In light of the recent news about COVID-19 and its rapid spreading, the EHS2020 executive leadership and Board of Governors have taken the difficult decision to CANCEL the EHS 2020 CONGRESS

It has been chosen the better viable option in good conscience, to preserve the health and safety of surgeons, attendees, sponsors, staff and Community in general.

Specific instructions will be sent to faculty, attendees and exhibitors later this week. Please wait for those messages. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our members and attendees and thank you for your understanding.

However much we regret not to meeting with you, the health of our families, friends and members is and remains our priority.

Please hold off on making plans to ATTEND or CANCEL your EHS2020 travel plans until the Board of Governors has had a chance to meet next week in emergency session.

We are well aware of the global situation generated by the coronavirus infection. Currently, the situation is under control in Spain and action has been taken by the health authorities to minimise further problem. For this reason, work continues on the organisation of the meeting on the scheduled dates.

Cancellation is not anticipated at present.
